As part of a course on inclusive business practices, my partner Kathryn Murashige and I identified the need for a supportive community for recovering opioid addicts. We collaborated with EarthTrek, a climbing gym, to create an inclusive program for people with and without this disability. Our research on the opioid epidemic and interviews with the target audience informed the program's design, which included marketing materials created for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as outreach efforts in the community. Our deliverables included an 11-page research paper and a professional presentation. Throughout the project, we divided the work equally and utilized tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to effectively communicate our message. The impact of our program was measured through engagement rates on social media, event attendance, and participant feedback.
