As part of the Sustainable Fashion Management course for my Master's, I led a research project on the lingerie brand Savage X Fenty. Through comprehensive primary and secondary research, I identified key areas where the brand could improve its sustainability practices across its supply chain. This resulted in a comprehensive report with 20 specific recommendations for Savage X Fenty to improve its sustainability performance, including changes to materials, production, innovation, circular business models, social sustainability, internal and external stakeholder engagement, communication, purpose, values, and mission. I proposed a new sustainability reporting system to increase transparency within the supply chain, estimated to increase transparency by 80%. The ultimate conclusion of the project was to promote degrowth until Savage X Fenty could grow sustainably. The deliverables of this project were a dynamic presentation and a detailed report created using Google Slides and Docs.
